How we Store and Use Your Data

Longford Village Hall (LVH) uses personal data for the purposes of managing the Hall and bookings, running and marketing related events, and for fundraising activities.

 

Data may be retained for up to 5 years or for longer if you are an active user or do not request to unsubscribe from marketing communications. You will not be included in our mailing lists unless you opt-in to the list either by email or through the LVH website.

Data held about you is restricted to Name and Email address. Telephone and address information may be held but not directly used for marketing purposes. 

We will not share your information with any third parties without your consent unless we are legally required to do so.

We maintain an email database of those who are or have been involved with or support LVH, to whom we periodically send updates concerning forthcoming events and items related to LVH maintenance and upkeep, either by blind carbon copy (bcc) or by an email management programme.

With effect from 25 May 18 and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we will only send such information to individuals who have given their specific written consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
