CALLING ALL ORGANISATIONS  AND BUSINESSES IN OUR COMMUNITY!

If you are available and would like to host a stall or pitch at the Longford Village Hall Summer Fayre, we welcome and encourage your participation to help make this event a success. It will also provide you with the opportunity to promote your business and/or activity to a community audience.

LONGFORD VILLAGE HALL SUMMER FAYRE

STALL REQUEST 

Booking Type
Hobbyist Stall (£15 fee)
Commercial Pitch (£50 fee or an agreed percentage of sales)

  1. Stall holders are required to bring their own table to display their goods or content.

  2. Stall holders are advised to bring a Gazebo or Parasol as the event will be held outside and this is for your own protection.

  3. Please be able to provide a copy of your liability insurance if asked.

  4. Every best effort will be made to ensure the event runs smoothly but we are unable to guarantee the weather. If the LVH Committee deem that the event is to be cancelled all notification will be on social media, LVH Website, Facebook & NEXT Door with earliest of 24hrs notice.
