Bouncy Castles
Bouncy Castles are permitted in the Hall, with the following requirements:

They cannot be more than 3.2 metres tall

Your provider must be in possession of in date liability insurance, which it is your responsibility to check

Bouncy Castles are not permitted outside the Hall, neither in the car park nor the fields. The Parish Council has jurisdiction over the land outside the Village Hall and do not permit bouncy castles to be erected upon it.
Car Park and Fields
Hall Hire includes use of the hall itself and the car park. It does not include exclusive use of the fields surrounding the hall. These fields are owned by Longford Parish Council and separate permissions must be requested for hosting any event on it (email clerk@longford-pc.gov.uk).

BBQs, grills, fireworks, or any device with fire or flammable substances are not permitted in the car park nor in the fields.
Music
Please be considerate to the local residents and ensure that music is not too loud particularly later in the evening. All music must cease at 11pm at the latest.
